there is tons of delay on this first part. My guess is that it is the reverb
part of the signal only and not the orignal signal. it's the first thing you 
hear in the song after the percussion and Maynard going "eeh" into a 
megaphone. it repeats several times.  the second bar is the beginning of the
third bar but the repeat is different.  In case you're wonding why I haven't 
transcribed Maynards -vocal- on this part, well because it's a vocal.
BTW, when I use the word "bar" I'm reffering to what's between the two pipes
(|) not the musical term "bar."

guitar 2 plays on the fourth repeat only. the first chord (guitar 2) rings
for the length of Fig 1 after which the rest of the Guitar 2 part is played.
after the last chord in that part is strummed, the distortion is turned on.

A is mostly artificial harmonics. I watched at the show, this is how 
he played it. I haven't included the number of repeats out of laziness.
