how to tune:
tune the high <E> to the fifth fret of the G string.  Tune the <B> to the
first fret of the G string.  Tune the <D> string to the third fret of the
<A> string. Tune the <E> string up to the <A> string. Tune the <A> string
to match the old <D> string (now C string).
